Shipping & returns

Shipping

We will make deliveries using a postal service or carrier instructed by us to the address you provide in your order. Please make sure that there will be someone available to accept the delivery.

If you order several pairs and they are not immediately available we may use more than one delivery. We will notify you once your order (or partial order), has been shipped. If we remain out of stock after 21 days of your purchase we will notify you of the wait time and give you an option of cancellation.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order (in writing), before we have shipped it and receive a full refund of the price and shipping.

If you cancel your order after the product is shipped you will receive a refund of the product but not the shipping provided you return the product in 7 days in the same condition in which you received it. We will not issue refunds for products that have been worn, used or damaged. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued until the product has been returned to us.

Returns

If you aren’t completely happy with the glasses you have purchased on our website please contact us within 7 days. Please send us an email message that states:

– What you purchased
– The date of your purchase
– Why you wish to return the sunglasses

– (Please include full details of the defect or other reason.)

We will then email you a returns note to be included when you send the product back. If this note is not included we cannot guarantee that we will have sufficient information to complete the return.

In the case of a defect, the product must be returned to us when the defect is initially discovered. Along with the product all the packaging in its original condition should be included in a sufficiently wrapped protective package. Remember to include our return note. All return shipping costs and risks will be yours.

We are not responsible for knowledge of the laws outside of Italy. You must be lawfully able to import the products you purchase on our site. Any foreign taxes or duties levied in your country are your payment responsibility.

PRODUCT CARE

Please use the microfiber cloth that came with your glasses. Do not use dirty or abrasive cloths that might scratch the lenses. If necessary, use soap and water. Avoid all types of solvents and alcohol.  Store your glasses in one of the cases that came with your purchase. Don’t leave them in places of extreme heat (+35 C) or extreme cold (-10C).

Remember that sunglasses are not suitable for direct viewing of the sun or for exposure to UV radiation produced by artificial sources. Nor are they suitable for use at night or in conditions of poor visibility.

WARRANTY

All our glasses come with a full 1-year warranty. That means any manufacturing defects with the frames or the lenses are completely covered. Any accidental damages or scratches are not covered.  So please use either the soft case that came with your FEEGOO® purchase to keep them looking brand new – and you looking great.
